Lou Pannunzio, owner of Kwik Kopy Ringwood was delighted and honoured that his business was named the best franchise in Victoria saying, “This is for our whole team and is testament to the hard work and dedication we all put into the business and our customer relationships.”
Lou and his wife Silvana were also keen to point out the support and expertise provided by Kwik Kopy provides as franchisor. He says, “This success would not be possible without the constant support, collaboration and input of my fellow Kwik Kopy franchise owners and the Kwik Kopy system as a whole.”
The awards, held by the Franchise Council of Australia, represent the ultimate accolade for the Franchise sector. Awarded annually, they recognise and promote individuals and companies who have stood out from their competitors and peers and shown excellence in their approach to business.
Kwik Kopy Ringwood will now go through to the national finals – the MYOB Excellence in Franchising National Awards – to be held in Perth during October.
Pannunzio outlines that a major factor in the success of his business is the strength of relationships with customers and suppliers.
He says “Even in these uncertain economic times the owners that I speak to that are actively engaged with their clients have felt no negative effects or impact on their centres.”
Pannunzio continues, “My business has grown consistently over the last eight years and the last three months in particular have been strong and robust. It’s about relationships, knowing your clients, always talking to your clients and always having a strategy in place to bring new business in.”
