Magno dominates at global Sappi Awards

However in spite of Australia’s best efforts, including those from regional Gold award winners Sydney Allen Printers (NSW) and Hyde Park Press (SA) there are no Cast-Bronze Elephant trophies returning to Australia this year. 6000 entries were judged by international panels down to just nine.

Magno was the stock of choice by winning printers in categories that included books, calendars, catalogues, packaging and printer’s own promotions.

Previously held in exotic locations including Monte Carlo and Shanghai, in thirty years these renowned prestigious accolades have expanded to include judging and the presentation of awards at gala events covering the Americas, Africa, Europe and Asia (including Australia) en route to the ultimate event.

Sappi is the world’s largest producer of coated paper, and has a wide portfolio of global brands however, it was Magno that was the brand of choice for six out of the nine trophy winners. It is available in Australia only at CPI Paper. Moreover, Magno was the only Sappi quality to be awarded more than once.

The next exotic international location to which lucky Australian gold medal winners will be hosted, will be announced by Sappi in due course.

CPI Paper informs Australian Printer that all Magno sold in Australia comes with FSC chain of custody certification and the mills are EMAS eco management accredited.
