Describing itself as ts the market leader in variable size web offset printing, Müller Martini will showcase the options that its printing press range offers for the production of labels, shrink sleeves and flexible packaging at its booth. The company’s experts will discuss the latest developments for the VSOP and Alprinta V printing presses. Areas of focus will include prepress, print finishing, and the printing process itself.

Müller Martini says that numerous different interesting and innovative print samples will demonstrate the breadth of the range of printable substrates, such as polyethylene. The company believes that web offset has numerous financial benefits for package printers, including lower printing process costs, more varied substrate options and a reduced environmental impact. It will illustrate these advantages using the VSOP and Alprinta V, saying that both variable size printing presses enable a high degree of diversity in offset printing.

The company adds that the integration of flexo, rotogravure and digital printing for package printing is possible, aong with a range of inline finishing processes for print products. Müller Martini will show possible layout combinations using printing press jigsaw pieces on a special magnetic wall so that they can identify the optimal printing press configuration for their needs.
