Bell (pictured) takes over from Bill Baxter, who established the company in 2000. Baxter will now take on a “strategic technical advisory position” with parent company Dainippon Screen.
Bell has previously served as managing director of Servomex Group, a gas analysis instrumentation manufacturer, as well as spending seventeen years in a variety of commercial and business development roles for Imperial Chemical Industries.
“Market conditions are tough for everyone at the moment but with the support from our parent company and our ability to develop market leading technology we are in a good position,” said Bell. “I’m really looking forward to working with Inca at an exciting time for the business.”
“The past eight years have been absolutely fantastic for me and the business,” Baxter said in a statement. “As Inca enters an important new phase of expansion, the time is right for a new CEO who can bring high level commercial and operational experience to an international manufacturing business.”
