Steve Fisher, the new Head of Graphic Communications of FBAU has provided key messages around the merger of the FUJIFILM Graphics Systems (FFAU) and FUJIFILM Business Innovation (FBAU) sales teams.
“FUJIFILM Business Innovation Australia and FUJIFILM Australia are incredibly excited to be engaging the market as a single sales team, elevating our selling and servicing, and delivering customers the best possible outcomes,” Fisher told Sprinter.
“We are continuing all support for FUJIFILM Wide Format offerings by the FUJIFILM teams for continuity for our customers. This means our customers will continue working with the dedicated teams supporting them with their Graphics & Communications solutions. Our customers’ satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
“Through this model, all of our high-quality analogue and digital offerings will be delivered through our merged sales team, providing a more seamless and better quality experience for our customers. This allows us to focus on the continued growth of solutions and services to support digital transformation.
“We look forward to continually evolving the rapidly changing landscape and providing our customers with everything from a graphic communications perspective – be that analogue, digital, workflow or consumables. We also look forward to sharing more about upcoming opportunities and what we have planned for the remainder of 2025 when we exhibit our offerings at the PacPrint exhibition in May.”
