NIPPA conference to bring more focus in-house

Karen Birch, president of NIPPA says the conference will reflect on recent changes within the industry, whilst at the same time focus on the years ahead, and provide innovative and professional solutions for all types and sizes of In-house printing businesses.

Birch says, “The print industry has evolved dramatically over the years. Businesses have needed to adapt to changing technology, business practices and customer expectations in order to prosper in our dynamic industry.”

She continues, “For years we have needed to prove the worth of our services. Many of us have needed to prove our existence due to the current inflation situation which has added to budget cuts and uncertainties.”

Presenters and key note speakers at the event will include:

  • Rob Redenbach – motivational speaker and training facilitator
  • Lisa Hoover – director of publications, print and mail at Bucknell University
  • Andrew Scott – founder of the Scottish University Print Managers Group
  • John Kirk – head of Clayton Utz Sydney Print and Mail Rooms
  • Barbara Patton-Oaks – printing department of Peninsula Health Victoria
  • Gavin Williamson – Chrisholm Institute of TAFE
  • Barbara – general manager of Uniprint, Otago University’s in-house print facility
