Objectif Lune expecting faster gains with Edmond acquisition

Objectif Lune outlines that in order to leverage the full potential of the transaction, both entities will keep their respective names, facilities and staff.

Stuart Drysdale, managing director of Objectif Lune Asia told Australian Printer in the longer term Objectif Lune is expecting significant and faster gain and agility due to cross pollination of technology and expertise.

He says, “The cooperation of both companies’ R&D teams will result in faster releases of applications for each product.”

Drysdale continues, “While both companies had similar offering they were addressing a different clientele which varied mostly by its document volume and throughput requirements.  The benefit in Australia is that Objectif Lune Asia is looking to meet the local market needs.”

Meanwhile, Edmond Document Solutions will definitely benefit from Objectif Lune’s worldwide presence and recognition, while taking advantage of the company’s geographical expansion expertise, according to Drysdale.

Paul Bogers owner of Edmond Document Solutions says, “This is great news for our customers and partners. It will shorten time-to-market of new technology and products, and drive more efficiency to the work processes of our customers.”

Also commenting Didier Gombert, CEO of Objectif Lune says, “We are delighted to welcome Edmond Document Solutions in the Objectif Lune family. We are confident this new partnership will allow both parties to speed up research and development, offer even more complete solutions and open very promising new markets.”
