PacPrint 2025, Australia’s premier trade event for the print, signage, and graphics industries, has officially kicked off today in Sydney.
Running from May 20 to 23 at the Sydney Showground, Olympic Park, this year’s highly anticipated event brings together more than 100 leading suppliers to showcase the latest innovations in printing technology, packaging, signage, and digital solutions.
For the first time, PacPrint is also co-located with the Visual Impact Expo and the Label & Packaging Expo, creating a comprehensive platform for professionals to explore new technologies, network with industry leaders, and discover solutions that drive business transformation.
“This year, our theme ‘Innovation, Collaboration, and Transformation’ captures the very essence of what drives that industry forward,” Kirsten Taylor, PacPrint chair, said at the trade event’s official opening and ribbon cutting this morning.
“It’s inspiring to see the energy, creativity, and resilience gathered within these walls today as we come together to shape the future of print.”
Taylor said PacPrint 2025 is designed not just to inform, but to ignite ideas.
“As we navigate a rapidly evolving landscape, it’s clear that our ability to adapt and innovate has never been more important. This event is your opportunity to explore breakthrough solutions, build new connections, and uncover possibilities that can redefine your business’s future,” she said.
Taylor said this year’s education program “brings together some of the brightest minds and boldest thinkers of our industry”.
“These sessions will go beyond just trends in technology – they’re about what it really takes to navigate success in today’s print landscape. Conversations will focus on emerging talent, the value of strategic partnerships, the importance of mental health and employee well-being, sustainability, as well as areas such as industry, compliance, superannuation planning, and the essential support offered by our industry associations. And of course, we’ll explore how strong forward-thinking leadership remains a cornerstone of long-term business success. I encourage you to dive into these sessions and be part of the collaborative momentum that’s driving our industry forward.
“Of course, no PacPrint would be complete without the buzzing show floor. This is truly a playground of innovation where our exhibitors are showcasing technologies that challenge boundaries and open new paths for growth,” Taylor said.
“PacPrint is more than a trade show. It’s a space where bold ideas come to life. Where connections are made, and where we collectively reimagine the future of our industry. My hope is that you leave here, not only inspired but empowered with fresh ideas, new tools, and the confidence to take your business to new heights.
“Thank you for being here. Let’s innovate, collaborate, and transform.”
