PacPrint early birds score wine

PacPrint 2017 registrations are now open online, and the first 5000 people to register will receive a bottle of white wine with a personalised label courtesy of HP.

The gift, a bottle of ‘Best in Class’ wine, will feature a personalised label produced using the latest customised innovation technology from HP. They will be available for collection by eligible attendees from the company’s centrally-located stand at PacPrint. Jason Beckley, business development manager, HP says “They will be printed beforehand, shrink sleeved using the HP Indigo 6800, and will use every dynamic tool that we have: names, numbers and mosaic, featuring the hashtag I am unique.”

Peter Harper, general manager for trade shows and publications for event organisers Visual Connections says, “Print and sign professionals really need no added incentive to attend PacPrint, but we loved the idea of being able to showcase innovative print and give something a bit special to our early birds.”

Jason Beckley says HP is also happy to be on board with the opportunity. “We are very excited to be able to show every creative tool HP Indigo has to offer, all on one bottle. It really will stand out – plus it is a great opportunity to own a truly one of a kind bottle of wine. It was great to work on this campaign, with no branding guideline restrictions around colours or fonts we could use, it meant we could really get creative. The blank canvas allowed us to be fun without restraints.” says Beckley.

PacPrint 2017 will run from 23-26 May inclusive at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and, together with the co-located Visual Impact Expo, is expected to pull more than 12,000 visitors from around Australia, New Zealand and the surrounding area.
