Jet Technologies’ stand at PacPrint will be demonstrating a range of machinery and consumables aimed at pre-press, press room and post-press environments. The focus will be on products that add value through contributing to a lean workflow in all three areas. 

As modern flexo presses evolve, set-up and uptime on a press have never been so important, says Jet. To support this, the vendor will show off developments in computer-to-plate devices, particularly the Screen FX870, which offers 4,800dpi resolution at efficient speeds. The machine stands out due to its small footprint, relatively low investment and a short return on investment, according to the supplier. Operation is further enhanced thanks to the use of Asahi AWP water-wash plates. The technology means printers can have a job on press within an hour of receiving the file.
