
Registrations for PacPrint25 are now open, for individuals to secure their attendance early.
It is a condition of entry that all visitors register their attendance, either pre-show or on arrival of the show.
Organiser Visual Connections recommends pre-registration for attendees to avoid the queues.
Here’s how to register online:
Step 1: Complete the online registration form on the website. Click here to register.
Step 2: Check your email to receive a confirmation email with a QR Code.
Step 3: Print and bring this email confirmation including your QR to PacPrint for faster entry.
Once registered, attendees will be given name badge which must be visible at all times at the event.
Visitors are able to enter the show as many times as they like over the duration of the event, provided they have their name badges.
For those that have lost or discarded their badge, visit the registration attendants at the show entrance and they will provide a replacement.
The free to attend, trade-only event, which will be held from 20-23 May at the Sydney Showgrounds, aims to provide industry businesses with intelligence, ideas, information and inspiration to survive, and prosper, into the future.
PacPrint25 will co-locate with the Visual Impact Expo – one of the country’s leading showcases for signage, engraving, display and wide format, as well as the Label & Packaging Expo 2025.
Together, they will provide a comprehensive showcase for all sectors of the print, sign, graphics and wider visual communications sector, with more than 13,000 square metres of state-of-the-art equipment and technology on display.
In addition, industry education and networking programs will be included for an audience of thousands of industry professionals.
