Ian Walz, national manager, learning and development at Printing Industries says the course – which has been piloted by Printing Industries Victoria for more than 12 months – will be presented by Shane Maher who ran the pilot courses.
Walz says, “Shane is an accomplished trainer whose animated style of training delivery will ensure that all participants will finish the training with the knowledge and enthusiasm necessary to succeed in the demanding world of print sales.

The intensive course will run over three days in Sydney from August 23 to August 25. Assessment for the course is both written and practical with video set to be used for guided practice and to record sales professionals in action and to track their progress.
Walz continues, “This course goes further than providing just knowledge; it takes sales people into real situations away from their comfort zones and gives them the confidence needed to prepare an individualised approach through the eyes of their clients so that they can build trust, discover the real buying motive and correctly handle any objections.”
