The group’s leadership plans to strengthen networking activities by PrintCity members and investigate new project activities across all areas of alliance sheetfed printing, food packaging and brand protection work. Han Haan says, “For the global commercial sheetfed sector as well as the packaging sector, printers, agencies and end users including brand owners benefit from the Connection of Competence between PrintCity Alliance members continuously working together and sharing knowledge.

He continues, “In key areas such as Value Added Print, UV printing and coating, brand protection and folding carton food packaging, the knowledge advantages for customers are obvious, plus the benefits achieved by PrintCity members working together.”

Meanwhile, Gerald Schobesberger says, “For me the PrintCity Alliance is an ideal platform for cooperation in the printing and graphic arts industry. The current economic situation shows how important it is to work in a strong network of reliable partners. This will always provide the highest value to customers and allow complex problem solving across the value chain.”
