Project expected to boost productivity within printing industry

The joint project is being run by Printing Industries and government programme – Enterprise Connect – to help Small to Medium size enterprises. Participating companies will receive a free business review through the Tailored Advisory Service (TAS).

Participating companies will be matched with an experienced business adviser who will work with the firm in order to:

  • Understand the firm’s strategy and business operations
  • Identify strengths and opportunities, including benchmarking against best practice
  • Assess potential areas for growth and improvement
  • Help firms access world-class business tools, processes and technology

This is provided at no cost to the participating companies. Also, Philip Andersen, CEO of Printing Industries says Enterprise Connect would also contribute half the cost of approved projects, up to a maximum of $20,000.

Andersen says, “I encourage companies to take advantage of this initiative which comes at a particularly important time given the current economic conditions. Expressions of interest must be finalised by May 15.”

Enterprise Connect is a $271m Australian Government initiative designed to boost productivity, improve innovation and increase the competitiveness of Australian small and medium sized enterprises.
