Last week, we asked ‘Do you think PBL is making a good decision by building its own magazine printing and distribution facility?’
The results were:
45%: Yes. Performing these functions in-house will save money and improve efficiencies in the long run.
31%: No. Outsourcing works, and PBL should leave printing and distribution to those who know it best.
16%: No. There is already overcapacity in the market, this will just take more volume away from existing printers.
8%: Yes. This is a ringing endorsement for the long-term viability and relevance of our industry.
