This alliance has resulted in the development of Quote & Print FX Connect, a robust solution that reduces costs and drives incremental revenue from existing business by reconciling production, estimate and invoice data in real time.

According to Quote & Print, its FX Connect solution integrates FreeFlow Print Server and Fuji Xerox’s production devices through a workflow solution to enable quote data to be sent to the print server, and reconciled with production data and Quote & Print FX Connect estimates.
The company continues that the live job status updates and integrated financial management significantly reduce errors while saving accounting and management time. In addition, customer service representatives can monitor the progress of jobs remotely.
