The company says the new centre aims to be a source of inspiration for Roland, its dealers and end-users of Roland products and to encourage creativity, develop ideas and inspire new business opportunities and solutions.
Roland DG says it has adopted the ever-increasing trend of sharing in order to bring added value to their business, to their authorised dealers and, not least, to their end-users. This includes RolandClinic, a new initiative launched to further assist people within the industry to use products and solutions, even, where possible, with non-Roland products.
RolandClinic runs at the Roland DG offices and at various industry tradeshows and events. There is no charge to attend the Clinic and it is open to the public with non-Roland users also being welcome to attend. The Clinic is hosted by technical and product specialists who will be on hand to help with questions or any issues attendees may be facing in day to day business.
The clinic will provide consultation of work flow and processes, problem solving, as well as supportive business information. The company adds RolandClinic is not sales orientated in any way and is quite different and distinct from product demonstrations for prospective purchases, which are handled through the Authorised Dealer Network.
RolandClinic will run each Friday, 9am – 5pm (except public holidays), beginning January 30 and held at the Roland DG Australia head offices in Frenchs Forest, Sydney.
