Roland to launch 102sqm PRO4 XF-640 at PacPrint

PacPrint 2013 will be the first appearance of the PRO4
XF-640 wide format printer at an Asia Pacific trade show after release in early
April. This next generation production print solution has already made a big
impact on the wide format and durable graphics market with over 220 sold
worldwide within the first month of shipping, and more on backorder.

This good start to sales doesn’t come as a huge
surprise to Roland DG who expected the XF-640 to be very popular. John Wall,
Roland DG Australia sales director says, “With the new technology
delivering blistering print speeds up to 102sqm an hour, while maintaining
exceptional print quality, the XF-640 is truly a ground breaking development in
wide format.

“We knew the XF would be popular but we are still very
pleased with the sales so far and look forward to showcasing it to the
industry.”

PacPrint will be the last opportunity for buyers of the
Roland XF-640 to go into the draw win a Ford XR6/

Along with the new XF-640, Roland DG will be
showcasing all the latest in wide format technology, and range of applications
for durable graphics, soft signage, ckaging, fine arts, interiors, and personalisation.

In addition, Roland DG will be demonstrating real
soft-signage and textile solutions, and the VersaUV LEJ-640 Hybrid UV printer
for a variety of applications. Roland engravers and marking solutions will also
be on display to showcase our extensive range of way finding, tactile signage
and personalisation solutions.

Another good reason to
visit the Roland DG stand is to see fine art print at its best, visitors will
be able to view
the Benny award winning Pas De Chasse piece by Body of Work, produced by Roland
DG in conjunction with Armstrong Q.
