Rollem International was at the recent Dscoop Edge Long Beach in California, demonstrating its award-winning Insignia7H die-cutter.

Visitors saw its automated carton production, its speedy ease of operation and changeovers, as well as its production geared system “up close and under the hood”.

Attendees watched as press sheets were turned into finished product in one step, at record speeds, on the Insignia7H. Some of its functions include cutting, creasing, perforating, and kiss-cutting with automatic matrix removal – all in one process.

Attendees also learnt how the Insignia7H will generates profits in folding cartons, packaging, photo products, retail tags, decals, shaped postcards, and more.

Rollem’s Insignia die-cutters are offered in three model sizes, ideally matched for HP Indigo presses. Models are offered for Indigo 100K, 18K, 15K, and 7K models.
