The new weekly print classifieds publication will have an initial run of 150,000 covering Sydney, the Blue Mountains and Central Coast regions of New South Wales. It will compliment its online entity, justlisted.com.au, which launched two years ago with immediate acclaim from both real estate agents and house hunters.
The four colour magazine will contain images and is designed to bridges the gap between traditional black and white advertisements and the high quality, but low inventory, offerings that have recently found a place in the market.
Andrew Day, Sensis CEO, says, “The first step was to meet the need of the agents in order to build agency support and inventory. We then needed to shift our focus to the house hunters and determine how to best meet their needs for a wide range of listings and timely delivery. The end result is the Just Listed magazine.”
Day says the combination of inventory and the high quality presentation will give house hunters a chance to make much better use of their time. Distribution of the publication also has the house hunter in mind. Available in selected newsagents for a cover price of $1.50 each Thursday, it will then be distributed free of charge through participating real estate agents on Fridays.
The Just Listed team has signed up more than 500 agents to the new print publication in the last few weeks alone, complementing the 1700 agents on the web site.
“Agents can publish their advertisements in both print and online using their existing processes and specialised software,” says Day. “They have a choice of 10 print advertising formats and can print for sale or rent leaflets that follow standard agency formats.”
