According to Specialty Press director Brendan Munk, the support offered by Creo, coupled with the unit’s neat fit into the company’s existing business set up, were the determining factors in deciding to go with the Lotem 400.
“The main reason we went with the Lotem 400 was that since Creo is a worldwide company with many CTP units installed globally, the business has proven itself to be one that we want to work with,” says Munk.
“In the end, the price wasn’t the issue. Creo has a great understanding of the industry, technology and service and we have been very impressed with the company’s professionalism. We did a lot of studies before buying the Lotem 400 and we deemed it to be the better unit.”
Also purchased by Specialty Press is the new Creo Integris 400 proofing solution, which produces high quality digital contone proofs at a considerably competitive price per proof, says Creo.
