Gary Smith, director of Starleaton says the promotion will enable hard-pressed signage, display, photographic and other wide-format users, to respond quickly to urgent orders in a just in time manufacturing environment.

He says, “For other areas, we guarantee 24-hour delivery. On top of this, for ultra-urgent Kodak deliveries, we will pick immediately and send by courier at a small extra charge, or the order can be collected.”

Kodak inkjet media is the only range to include a performance guarantee on all major aqueous inkjet printers such as Epson, HP, Roland, Canon and Encad. The guarantee states that the prints will remain in excellent condition, free from fading, cracking or bleeding, for the duration of the guarantee, which varies depending on media-ink-printer combination but is anything up to 150 years (indoors) in duration.

Smith continues, “In extending the guarantee to include the supply chain, we are assisting our customers to manage their cash flows more effectively, and to better service their own customers. If we fail in this promise other than for extenuating circumstances such as floods, strikes and so forth, Starleaton provide a further 10 per cent discount.”
