Formerly Australasian sales manager with 3A Composites, Hughes spent twenty years in the family business, Hughes Mouldings, which introduced Neschen laminates and adhesives into Australia. Starleaton is now the exclusive distributor for Neschen products. He also had a spell as Queensland branch manager with Starleaton.

Hughes says, “I am delighted to be rejoining Starleaton in a national role. My three years with 3A Composites has been a fantastic experience in understanding all aspects of rigid substrates and their applications in the graphics market. This combines nicely with my long involvement in pressure-sensitive laminates and adhesives working with Hughes Mouldings.”

He continues; “Starleaton has grown considerably in the past three years, adding many new exciting product lines such as Heytex media, Enviroboard MR and the Contra Vision one-way films. I am excited to bring my full knowledge and skill-set to the SDS team and our customers in all states, with regular visits and support.”

Commenting on Hughes’ appointment, Ben Eaton, general manager of Starleaton, says; “It’s great to welcome Campbell back to Starleaton as national sales manager. He’s an ambitious guy with a track record of success in all he undertakes. A great team player, he will add focus, direction and support to the company as we continue to grow. This will transfer to lasting benefits for our customers and the industry at large.”
