Gudy films are widely used in the framing and display graphics sectors and are regarded as being without parallel for smoothness, adhesion – both permanent and removable – and ease of application, according to the company.

Ben Eaton, general manager of Starleaton says, “Many fine photographic and digital prints are spoiled at the mounting stage. Neschen’s Gudy films are renowned for delivering bubble-free mounting with user-friendly handling.”

Starleaton continues that good stocks of Neschen Gudy mounting films are now available around the country, including Gudy 802 – a wafer-thin polyester film with 2-sides polyacrylic adhesive – ideal for mounting on boards such as Forex, Kapa and Gatorfoam.

Gudy 808 is a PET mounting film with adhesive that does not bleed through or become brittle. Gudy 804 offers permanent adhesive on one side and reversible on the other while Gudy Window is designed for removable face-mounted window graphics.

Neschen Gudy mounting films are available in 50 and 100 metre roll lengths and widths from 620mm to 1550mm, depending on type.

The company also says that its solvent media products are finding new applications throughout Australia. The combination of variety, a broad range of sizes, green credentials and quality, benefits both solvent printer operators and their clients.

Eaton says, “To enable more printers to discover the benefits of Neschen solvent media, we will be including a selection of free rolls with every Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 solvent printer we supply following its release in October at Visual Impact Sydney, and making plenty of trial samples available.”
