The companies, which are both based in the Sydney suburb of Mona Vale, will now come under the Style Communications banner. Imprint will continue to operate out of its existing retail and design office in Waratah Court for the next few months, before relocating across the road to Style Communications’ premises in Bungan Lane (pictured).
Imprint Printing principal Robert Casey said the company would continue to operate its offset printing factory in Bungan Street to “service the clients of the new merged entity”.
“The merger is a way of sharing the resources of both companies in order to grow our business without having to buy another business and it enables us to provide better service for our customers,” Casey said.
Style Communications manager Shayna Price said the companies’ close proximity was expected to make the move easy on Imprint’s business operations and client base.
“Our customer bases complement each other, as do our core values and philosophy, so we are looking forward to reaping the benefits of our combined knowledge bank,” she said.
Casey will be charged with managing key accounts and servicing customers at the merged company. Both Casey and Price own a share in the new entity.
