Goss Pacesetter + Ferag stitcher

Commercial web finishing brings its own technical difficulties, including static, lap variation and inconsistent folding. It has always, therefore, posed challenges to downstream post-press operators. In addition, here, as everywhere else in print, run lengths are falling and there’s a need for post-press machines not only to run fast, but also to makeready fast. Goss believes it has such a machine with its new Pacesetter + Ferag model, developed as a joint venture and launched at Drupa last week.
