Historically it was a highly skilled, time-consuming operation, but job set-ups on many modern stitching lines can be performed at the touch of a button. And with shorter run lengths and quicker turnaround times being demanded by customers, “click data is becoming more important and more prevalent”, says John Gissing, technical product manager at Muller Martini.
