2nd Victorian PICAs pull a record crowd

More than 300 of Victoria’s printing and graphic arts community converged on Carousel Receptions to watch the crowning of the cream of the state’s printing fraternity in the second annual Printing Industries Craft Awards (PICAs) since the awards were revived in the south-eastern states last year.
