Epson showcased its new Monna Lisa ML 13000 at drupa, a single-step digital direct-to-fabric textile printer with compact footprint that delivers in-line printing using more sustainable pigment inks.
“The key things that are different to this machine is it allows you to do a pre-treat, then print, then post treat the fabric all in one pass,” Bacci told Sprinter.
“It has 13 print heads, and it’s used for various different types of things. You can do fabric if want to do fashion, you can do dresses, etc. You can do homewares if you want, and also do cushion covers. A number of our customers are using it for that.”
