Australian printers can lubricate and maintain their presses with a new range of ‘environmentally friendly’ sprays from XCP Professionals, supplied by Walcar Graphics.

Speaking with Australian Printer, Ben Sam, Walcar Graphics’ national sales manager, says the sprays can be used ‘on all the moving parts of a printer and any other machinery’. Sam says, “The new range includes XCP One, which is a high performance maintenance spray that loosens, lubricates, cleans, protects and displaces moisture. The XCP Green One is made from bio-based ingredients, making it renewable, sustainable and biodegradable, as well as much safer to use. XCP lubricate and protect minimises wear and reduces friction, and the “XCP Rust Blocker”, applies a clear flexible film, and protects from corrosion.” The Sydney based print equipment supplier, Walcar Graphics, says not only does XCP outperforms the market leader in the everyday heavy-duty environment; it has become the leader in the print industry. Sam says, “The XCP press protection range is recommended and approved by Manroland worldwide, as well as used by Heidelberg engineers.  It ticks all their boxes when it comes to product performance.” He says Walcar is currently seeking dealers to promote and sell the XCP range, which will go on sale in May. Walcar Graphics recently launched its exclusive German paper rights for transfer paper, which is used for colour copiers and laser printing. Walcar says the German company, Forever, has been developing superior quality products with long-term durability for the digital transfer printing industry. The product range includes transfer paper for light and dark coloured textiles, leather, boxes, glass, metal and ceramic.
