Taking place October 22–24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, this year’s Printing United promises to be the most immersive yet, with more than 800 exhibitors spanning one million square feet of show floor.
Attendees can expect first-in-North America debuts, major product launches, and new experiential activations designed to spotlight the future of print across all segments.
Organised by the largest member-based printing and graphic arts association in North America, Printing United continues to bring the entire industry together under one roof.
“Printing United Expo 2025 is where convergence, innovation, and community come together,” said Ford Bowers, CEO, Printing United Alliance.
“This year, attendees will see groundbreaking technologies making their North American debut, live iLEARNING+ workforce development demos, and the sold-out G7/G7+ Exchange — all alongside a premium VIP member experience. There is no other event that delivers this level of access, learning, and connection across the entire printing industry.”

Exhibitor highlights: Convergence in action
At PRINTING United Expo, attendees will experience how technologies are blurring traditional lines between print segments, like solutions that allow packaging converters to expand into signage, promotional printing, and even commercial print markets.
Attendees will also see workflow platforms that unify processes across packaging, wide-format, labels, and specialty printing – enabling shops to manage multiple applications in one integrated system.
Digital embellishment tools will be on display that apply decorative finishes across packaging, signage, merchandising, and specialty print, opening high-value opportunities across markets. Attendees can sign up for a spot on the daily Embellishment Technology Tour, powered by PRINTING United Alliance and Taktiful.
And textile and apparel decoration technologies that merge garment printing with digital workflows and automation will be showcased, redefining what’s possible for apparel production.

Specially crafted forums are also planned for those in packaging, in-plant, and wide-format, to explore how each segment is transforming and identify where new opportunities lie.
