Women in Print kicks off 2025 webinar series with Steven Gamble

Women in Print Australia hosted its first 2025 webinar, Let’s Talk About Anxiety, featuring Steven Gamble from Anchor Health Group.

With more than 70 attendees signing on, the session provided a deep dive into understanding anxiety, its impact on individual and in the workplace, and practical strategies for managing it.

The webinar was sponsored exclusively by IVE Group, and supported by Rocking Rose, the technology partner of Women in Print.

Gamble, known for his expertise in mental health advocacy, guided the audience through an engaging and informative session.

Attendees gained valuable insights into recognising the signs of anxiety, addressing workplace stressors, and fostering supportive environments for colleagues and employees. Additionally, all attendees received a workbook to assist them in managing anxious moments in their own lives.

“This was an incredibly important conversation to start the year with,” said Women in Print chair Stephanie Gaddin.

“Steven brought a wealth of knowledge and real-world strategies that resonated with our attendees. The response to the session showed just how vital these discussions are for our industry.”

Rita Karagiannis, deputy chair, and Victorian patron, from IVE DDC hosted the webinar facilitating questions from the attendees through the open discussion. Many attendees praised the session for its depth, practicality, and relevance to the challenges faced in today’s workplaces in the post event survey.

The next event on the calendar will be International Women’s Day Lunches, in Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, and Melbourne, on 7 March followed by the Breakfast Series in early April.
