Women in Print’s 2025 initiatives now underway

Women in Print is offering paid membership for the first time this year, with the team, headed by national chair Stephanie Gaddin, working hard to lock in several benefits for new members.

First up is the Leadership Mindset Mastery course, offered by Jo Wise Leadership.

The Leadership Mindset Mastery course is a self-paced coaching tool designed to help mid-level leaders and female business owners unlock their potential by equipping them with the tools needed to inspire teams, navigate challenges and lead with confidence.

It includes engaging video lessons, practical exercises and real-world applications.

Normally valued at $1,499, it is completely free of charge to Women in Print members. Members will also be entitled to a substantial discount on Jo Wise Leadership’s 1:1 Leadership Unleashed program.

“Jo is well known for her ability to empower women to lead boldly and achieve their business and life goals,” Gaddin said.

The Women in Print team has also organised this year’s Webinar Series, kicking it off with “Let’s Talk about Anxiety” at 3pm AEDT on 12 February.

The session will be led by Steven Gamble, founder of the Anchor Health Group, who is widely known in the industry both from his previous role as national sales manager of Böttcher Australia and, more recently, his extensive mental health work and advocacy.

“Anxiety is a natural response that we all navigate in uncertain times,” Gamble said.

“In this session, we will work together to identify the difference between anxious moments in day-to-day life, and an anxiety disorder, and look at what tools and supports we can use to move past anxiety and, very importantly, how we can support others.”

The webinar is open to all, and is free of charge as a result of generous sponsorship by IVE Group and technical support sponsored by Rocking Rose.

Gaddin said the association will also be booking Women in Print tables at the official UN Women Australia International Women’s Day lunches in Perth, Sydney, Brisbane and Canberra on 7 March.

“We’re looking forward to taking part in this important event but spaces will be limited, so I’d urge all Women in Print community members to pick the city they’d like to attend in, and move quickly to pay for their ticket and secure a seat,” she said.

Gaddin added that these Women in Print’s initiatives are a strong start for the new year, with much more to come.

“It’s going to be a big year for our industry, and for Women in Print. We are looking forward to introducing some great new benefits for members, and to offering our usual calendar of events to connect and support the women in our sector. Watch this space,” she said.

Women in Print’s new member portal has also gone live. Click here to find out more and book for any of these events.
