XP70 enhances the Fuji Xerox 1100/900 light production system

The XP70, based on Firey System7 Software, provides advanced print functionality by setting-up, processing and directing print jobs to the printer. It features expanded capabilities in performance, workflow control and variable data printing support for Fuji Xerox Document Centre 1100/900 customers, for both in-house and commercial printing operations.

With the XP70 option, customers of the Fuji Xerox 1100/900 presses are able to offer more complex applications, such as personalised printing and increased turnaround times through the XP70’s fast RIP time through concurrent spool, RIP and print function.

Production printing systems marketing manager, Fuji Xerox Australia, Chris Aked, says the Firey XP70 controller enhances the Fuji Xerox 1100/900’s capabilities giving customers another good reason to purchase the reputable light production system.

“The document centre 1100/900 has proven extremely popular in Australia with over 450 installations since we launched it 18 months ago,” says Aked.

“Firey’s advanced production capabilities and workflow automation controls strengthen the system’s reputation with customers for distinctive image quality and outstanding efficiency,” he says.

XP70 is ideal for busy print environments, and especially for those that require a high volume workflow where a printer operator is not present, an option Aked says is part of Fuji Xerox’s commitment to provide solutions for different customers’ needs.

“Fuji Xerox is committed to ensuring our customers have the right solution for their individual needs in either a centralised or decentralised environment,” says Aked.
