PacPrint13: Jasco

A focal point of the Jasco stand will be its Uchida AeroCut Quattro Card Cutter, which gets its local launch at PacPrint13 following the global launch at Drupa.

The cutter is supplied with a built-in perforating and creasing unit. The creaser has five adjustable depths and is capable of up to six creases per card. Equipped with a Flexi Mode feature, it increases productivity and reduces wastage by allowing cuts at different widths on the same sheet. The optional Business Card Cutting Unit allow for up to 25 business cards per sheet, allowing for faster operation and greater efficiency. An optional Cross Perforation Unit allows for perforation on both the X and Y axis. Plug-in software is available. Through a USB cable, the plug-in allows jobs to be sent directly from a PC to the machine.

The Uchida AeroCut Quattro Card Cutter is an evolution of the original AeroCut, which remains part of the Uchida Cutter range. Compared to the original AeroCut and various competing models, the Quattro has several advan-tages, including a large colour touchscreen, capacity to pre-load up to 90 templates, a higher speed, a huge 100mm feeding capacity and double-feed detection.
