EskoArtwork completes acquisition of Mikkelsen

Belgium-based prepress graphics giant, EskoArtwork, has acquired US firm Mikkelsen Graphic Engineering, Inc. (MGE), vision-controlled finishing solutions for cutting tables in the sign-making, screen-printing and digital printing marketplaces. No financial details are being disclosed for the transaction.
