AAB Holdings unites all companies under one name

AAB Holdings Pty Ltd has announced that four of its entities – including Pegasus Print Group and SOS Print + Media – will now trade under one name, Pegasus Media & Logistics.

The move marks the next chapter for the company since Kevin Slaven took on the role of CEO, following the retirement of industry stalwart, Wayne Finkelde. Previously, Slaven had served as the CEO at publicly listed, Ovato.

Previously, Pegasus Print Group, SOS Print + Media, F&M Supplies and AB Warehousing & Logistics had operated separately but have been affiliated for several years delivering design, production, logistics and technology in key market segments.

Slaven said the move to consolidate under one brand name signifies a new chapter in the company’s evolution.

“We are increasingly providing a broader spectrum of services creating greater synergies for our customers. Operating our various businesses under one trading name provides a united vision for our staff and allows us to address our customers evolving media and logistics needs,” Slaven said.

AAB Holdings chairman, Sir Michael Bromley, pointed to warehousing, logistics and fulfilment as areas where the company will continue to grow.

“Our future lies in expanding our warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics capabilities to complement our advanced design and manufacturing capabilities. A single unified brand provides a platform for us to combine all our services and provide less touch points for our customers,” he said.

Going forward Pegasus Media & Logistics will continue to operate from its five-hectare site at Blacktown and its digital centre in Alexandria in NSW.
