From workflow to forms, UI design, rules, web services, integration and Business Activity Monitoring (BAM), Q-Link offers a fully unified solution to easily build process-driven applications. Further, because Q-Link’s technology is pure Java, it’s fully extensible with custom and third-party applications.

Ivan Koon, Adobe Systems Intelligent Documents Business Unit senior vice president, says, “The acquisition of Q-Link provides a powerful process management engine to the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform. Q-Link’s technology is a highly extensible and scalable architecture that will enable Adobe to give customers a simplified way to orchestrate and integrate document process management with core applications.”

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, although Adobe said the acquisition will not have a material financial impact on the company.
