CGS acquires printer management business

The services offered by ATI for customers with large printer fleets include consulting services on printer procurement strategy, technology selection and a whole of life printer management service. The company has a number of contracts where it manages the total printer infrastructure fleet including procurement, ownership, management, repairs and help desk services.

Commenting on the acquisition, Denis Mackenzie, CEO of CSG says, “ATI is a leader in print management services in Australia and CSG has been investigating technology, people and resources to enter this space for some time.”

He says, “ATI fits perfectly into our strategy and print management in Australia is a fast growing sector and complements our existing business.”

Mackenzie also says the acquisition gives CSG infrastructure presence in Canberra, enabling both existing CSG and ATI business to expand and grow into the Federal Government outsourcing space.

Mackenzie adds, “ATI has a number of large outsourcing contracts in the Federal Government arena. Through CSG, ATI will enhance its capability to its customers by offering a more comprehensive range of products, services and resources.”
