Australian printers see the light

Litchfield says, “My customer base has almost doubled recently. We are offering printers high quality lamps and associated products at an affordable price. I also take customer service very seriously, and not just give the concept lip service. “

“Basically I am able to purchase lamps and other print cure components at low prices. My overheads are also kept to a minimum and all my operations are streamlined and are cost effective. I also work on very small profit margins, therefore I am able to pass these savings onto my customers.” The lamps are imported from the US.

Litchfield says she is contactable seven days a week and holds emergency back-up stock for regular customers that can be delivered on weekends, to night shifts, and even on public holidays, when printers may be working and could experience breakdowns.

Marketing through Australian Printer has played a significant part in Litchfield’s growth, she says, “I’ve nearly doubled my customer base recently by advertising in Australian Printer.”
