Holt is president of LithoTechnics and developer of the job planning and imposition system Metrix, he also developed SuperImpose, which was renamed and acquired by Kodak.

CIP4 Executive Director James Harvey says, “There was a lot of competition for the Advisory Board positions and competition for two of the Board of Director positions.”

He says, “I congratulate the winners and thank all the candidates that competed for seats on the advisory board and board of directors for their interest, support and dedication to CIP4. This year’s elections clearly show that CIP4 is alive and many folks have ideas and an interest in building the specifications, education programs and the organization itself.”

along with Holt and Shirai Martin Bailey of Global Graphics, Jacques Thiebauld of Dalim Software, and Henny van Esch of Optimus were reelected to serve another term as Full member representatives and will be joined by Rebecca Aquino of Screen and Patrick Vreven of GamSys Software.

In the Associate class of representatives, re-elected incumbent Stephan Jaeggi of Prepress Consulting will be joined by first-time Associate representatives Mark Bohan of PIA/GATF and Abhay Sharma of Ryerson University.

Margaret Motamed, CEO of EFI; Rainer Prosi, Technical Officer of Heidelberg; Mark Wilton, education and marketing officer of Kodak and Marc van Vught treasurer and financial officer of Screen were all elected to serve new two-year terms. Tim Daisy of Prism was also elected as the new Membership Officer by the new Advisory Board.
