Böttcher’s new Victorian office houses a full complement of printing rollers, consumables, including blankets and blanket/roller washes, and its renowned maintenance products.

Mark George, Victorian sales and business development manager at Böttcher Australia, says the new premises will enable the company to develop its already industry leading sales and maintenance services with additional customer support capabilities.

He says, “Our new office is an accumulation of years of industry support, team work and a great company environment. The Southern Regional office started in a small office in an arcade in Ringwood 13 years ago. Our new premises are centrally located, just off Centre Dandenong Road in Cheltenham, near Moorabbin Airport.”

The company adds that this central location will enable the Böttcher Australia team to improve response times to customer requests for products and services. With additional warehousing facilities and state of the art communications, the new premises will give Böttcher Australia new opportunities to grow its customer base and build stronger business relationships.

George continues, “Strong customer support and relationship building are the backbone of the sales team here at Böttcher Australia. We have seen some exceptional sales years in the recent past.

“This new office and warehouse give us additional capabilities to supply our customers with products and service the same day if required, thus minimising any chance of costly downtime.”

The new Böttcher Australia Victorian office and warehouse are situated at 16 Taunton Road, Cheltenham.
