Digitalpress opens online print shop

Theo Pettaras, managing director, Digitalpress told Australian Printer “Print requirements change so in order to evolve we have learnt that people want things quicker and more cost effectively. The only way to do this is via the web, so enabling a reduction of labour in customer management, and by reducing touchpoints in the whole production and administrative process.”

Pettaras is expecting to increase revenue with less hands-on work with small value print jobs such as business cards, and doesn’t expect the customised print business for which the company has gained an enviable reputation to be affected.

Pettaras says, “I want to be realistic but would expect nothing less than 15 per cent increase in revenue with a shift of about 20 per cent of existing clients opting for the online version of doing business.”
