CalderaRIP V16 now supports Epson F6400 dye sub printers

French print software developer Caldera has announced that its RIP Version 16 now supports Epson SureColor SC-F6400 and SC-F6400H dye-sublimation printers.

These new drivers expand Caldera’s long list of supported peripherals for large-format textile printing production.

SureColor SC-F6400 and SC-F6400H

The 44-inch four-colour SC-F6400 dye sublimation printer, developed for textile producers, promotional goods businesses and photographic studios, features high-capacity ink pouches that contain 45 per cent more ink.

The 44-inch six-colour SC-F6400H dye sublimation printer, developed for textile producers, promotional goods businesses and photographic studios, includes an extended colour gamut that features fluorescent pink and fluorescent yellow, light cyan and light magenta or orange and violet inks.

Caldera TextilePro

CalderaRIP is available via Caldera’s TextilePro package, which includes comprehensive tools for textile printing such as the Custom Inkset module for designing bespoke ink configurations from scratch and Tex&Repeat, which allows for the colour gamut to be expanded as well as “fast and easy” pattern repetition to be achieved.

According to Caldera, its TextilePro package enables perfect colours to be achieved across multiple devices and substrates and allows for the customisation of colour books to ensure consistent colours from design to final production.
