The new imagePress comes with a host of inline finishing options, including PUR binding and celloglazing, to enable printers to apply the technology to customer solutions.
The 7010 comes with a 5000 sheet stacker, and will print on a range of stocks up to 325gsm with no impact on print speed, and with one pass back to back duplex printing, to a standard the company says is ‘offset like’.
Canon also had its imageRunner light production monochrome and colour series on show, which are also available with inline finishing, and come with either a Fiery rip or a Canon IWPM Select linked with HiFlex.
