Stora says each beer brand calls for special label paper properties that will enhance the brand character. To optimise results, Stora Enso offers breweries a choice of different types of wet strength label paper, with varying levels of whiteness and gloss, and a large number of embossing patterns.

With Reflexion, Stora Enso now offers an additional embossing pattern which it says is specifically designed to enhance the quality and appearance of beer labels.

According to Stora Enso its new Reflexion features an upscale cloth-like character, combined with a special gloss effect. The company says Reflexion has been developed not just for outstanding visual properties, but also for excellent runnability in particularly difficult labelling jobs, such as the challenging application of neck labels.
