17 key executives gathered to review the highlights and result of 2004, and look at the targets and plans for this year.

Steve Parker, Coates’ GM and host of the conference said “We calculated that the attendees represented nearly 400 years of experience in the graphic arts industry.”

In all, six key speakers from across the business sectors and region led the sessions, but everyone participated.

Parker added “The whole team delivered a very good result last year and we clearly identified the actions required to achieve our next performance level.”
