Commercial ceramic printer to be released at drupa

The Pink, based on an inkjet platform by Kornit and wide
color gamut ceramic inks from Jettable, is the first practical and commercial
solution for small production runs of on-demand ceramic tile and tableware
decoration, according to Kornit.

The machine is based on the Kornit platform industrial
design, which the company claims has an operator friendly interface and can be
supplied with RIP and color management tools for an efficient workflow.

Warren Green, CEO of Jettable says, "Jettable inks and color
management show the widest gamut in the ceramic industry and complete
compatibility with existing ceramic manufacturing processes."

Green adds, "We are thrilled about this opportunity to
join hands with Kornit and bring their outstanding innovations to the ceramic
decorating industry".

The Pink system will be seen in operation at Drupa this year
and will be available from June 2008, Pink will be distributed in Europe by Sertam – a supplier of decoration machinery to
tile and tableware manufacturers.
