Connect09 Australia forum programme announced

Organisers says the forum is aimed at print providers who are seeking new ways to build their business and take their companies from ‘surviving to thriving’. The two day event is presented in conjunction with InfoTrends, leaders in marketing consulting and research for the graphic communications industry, and supported by Attributes Associates, an industry consulting firm from the UK.

International speakers, Barb Pellow and Australian Printer/ i-grafix.com contributing writer, Andy Tribute, together with a mix of experienced local presenters, will cover topics focusing on new market opportunities, solutions and business practices. The programme includes the following high-value sessions:

  • Adapt or die: discusses ways that businesses can adapt their business models or bring on board new services in order to thrive;
  • From print to marketing service provider: details ways to build a winning strategy in order to participate in the more lucrative marketing value chain;
  • Connecting with customers in an online world: identifies how to enable a lasting interaction between your customers and your brand, through leveraging the worldwide web and other electronic communication; and
  • PRINT 09 in review: to be held next month in Chicago, PRINT 09 will feature the latest solutions, trends, applications and know-how in the global print and publishing industry. Barb Pellow of InfoTrends will review PRINT 09 and highlight the latest and most profitable business opportunities that may help to change the way you do business in the future.

Andrew Tribute will also be a keynote speaker at Connect09 at the Sofitel Wentworth Hotel, Sydney, October 19-20, 2009.
