Docmasters shows growth to print buyers

Held in conjunction with its main technology partner Lanier, the event allowed Docmasters’ customers and potential customers to view the company’s new premises and its new production equipment, including the Lanier ProC901 and Pro1357EX, which run with EFI Fiery controllers on one workflow.

Gordon Lang, managing director of Docmasters says his 360 strategy is proving successful. The 360 approach is to work with the customer from campaign concept through execution to finish, with different integrated communication channels. Lang says, “Now we have the new Lanier print solutions in place we are going to market completely confident in the quality level and ability to deliver to schedule. We’ve picked up three new customers recently which has been great.”

Raj Chandiok, national production print solutions manager at solutions supplier Lanier says, “Docmasters is a great example of a company that is really making its technology work for it, and is using its knowledge and innovation as a primary sales tool. It is not commodity printing, and is reaping rewards for its approach.”

Lang has been running Docmasters for the past dozen years.
